Worship Team Requirements
A minimum age requirement of 16 years old and a willingness to commit to a regular schedule of rehearsals and services.
Some experience with singing, either through participation in choirs or other musical groups, or through training in singing or vocal techniques.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new music and vocal arrangements, as well as a willingness to receive constructive feedback from the worship team leaders.
A strong commitment to the principles and values of the church, including a dedication to living a godly lifestyle and upholding the teachings of the Bible.
The ability to work collaboratively with other worship team members, including vocalists, instrumentalists, and technical support staff.
A positive attitude, a willingness to serve, and a desire to use their musical gifts to glorify God and lead others in worship.
Good communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with worship team leaders and other team members about scheduling, rehearsal times, and other logistical details.
A desire to grow and develop as a vocalist, including a willingness to attend workshops or training sessions to improve their skills.
Access to reliable transportation to and from rehearsals and services, as well as a willingness to arrive on time and be punctual for all rehearsals and services.
A commitment to personal spiritual growth and development, including regular participation in church activities and events outside of worship services.
